Sarah Schorn

Sarah keeps learning about how little she knows and how much she has to still learn. She enjoys lightbulb moments, sharing insights enthusiastically with others, reflecting, and evolving. Sarah has been an independent school educator and administrator for the last 10 years and is the mother of two. She currently works at Crystal Springs Uplands School in the Bay Area as the Director of Student Equity and Engagement. As a multi-racial woman, she values being an intersection and bridge between worlds. Her core values are integrity, justice, and authenticity. She believes that education is the most critical lever from which social change can occur.
